FAQ about Web Design and Web Applications
- Why would I need a database?
- If you want to manage records such as employees, inventory, users, etc... Then you would need a database. Additionally, if you wish to have a blog or photo gallery that you want to manage yourself, a database would also be necessary.
- How do you handle update and maintenance for your websites?
- If we notice any bugs or problems from our code, we will fix the bug at no charge. Additional features and pages to your website will require a new scope of work agreement to be drafted.
- I need changes on my website quite often, how do you charge?
- If you require updates on a daily basis, we would suggest going with our dynamic package listed above, this way you or your staff can update your site without having us to do it. However, based on the amount of work, we would give you an estimate. We also work on re-occuring retainers to minimize your costs.
- Zen in Motion has delivered their web application, how do I install it?
- We will recommend you a hosting provider that is capable of running our web application. If you wish for us to build you a server to store in your own facility, the cost for building and installing the server is $100 dollar an hour. This cost does not include parts.
